My sisters and I have each chosen a series to watch together and have been rotating between them ONE episode at a time! 💓 I chose one of my ALL-TIME favorite series... SAVED BY THE BELL!! 🤍💓

This series holds SO much nostalgia! 🤍 My sisters and I would watch it before school each morning and it's probably the series I remember the MOST from my childhood! 💓

As we watch each episode of the THREE series, we give them a heart-rating! 💓

I created these heart-ratings for my sisters and I to help keep track of our FAVORITE episodes! 😀 Here are the colored hearts and what they mean for this series... 

💓 - LOVED it! A FAV, for sure!

🤍 - Really LIKED it. I enjoyed watching it, but I wouldn't call it an absolute FAV!

🖤 - Semi-liked it. Either it was just BORING or it had some negative things I didn't like about it, like problematic comments.

💔 - DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL. Most of the episode was NOT enjoyable! 

This post is ALL for the HIGHEST heart-rated episodes that my sisters and I had for season TWO of Saved By The Bell! The TOP heart is the RAREST to get and I don't hand them out to just ANY episode! 😎 I have to really LOVEEE an episode for it to get the HIGHEST heart! 💓💓💓

FAVORITE EPISODE #1

 The Prom (S2E2)

This is an episode that immediately comes to mind when I think of this series! 💓 We WAITED all season long during the first season for Zack & Kelly to have their "moment" and this prom episode has SO many CUTE moments of them! 🤍 As a kid, Zack's "picnic prom" was one of the MOST romantic things I'd seen! 😂💓 I used to LOVE this episode as a kid and I still do! 🤍

The girls definitely get more screen time this season, which is a nice change! Kelly's storyline was very SWEET in this episode as she tried to help out her dad after he lost his job! 😢 Then, Zack still throwing Kelly their own little prom outside of the gym... my HEART!!! 💓💓💓

This episode was also the FIRST time we see Jessie & Slater show that they have some feelings for each other AND we even get a SBTB-reverse card with Screech going on a date with Lisa, then rejecting her! 😲 

This episode does have some weight comments that I DO NOT approve of whatsoever! ✖ Usually, an episode would get docked at least ONE heart-rating for comments like that! 😳 But, this episode is just SO iconic and one of my FAVORITES and I HAD to give it a top heart! 😬💓 I mean, Zack & Kelly had their first kiss and EVERYTHING... how could I NOT give it the HIGHEST heart-rating?!?

That outfit 🠝 is VERY cute and the ballet flats are ICONIC! 🩰 But, let's be honest... this comfy-fit is the CLEAR winner of this episode! 🠟💓

 

FAVORITE EPISODE #2

 Save The Max (S2E4)

This is a FUN episode, but I didn't mark it as the HIGHEST heart because it got a little slow here and there! 😬🤍 The KKTY Bayside radio show tune is stuck in my head, though! 📻 ICONIC! 💓

This episode shows how much the friend group does care about each others feelings and it was SWEET how they tried to protect Slater from the bad reviews about his radio segment! 😢 Slater being the one to get the phones to start ringing again to save The Max after giving a heartfelt speech about never really having a place to call home was also the PERFECT ending! 🤍💓

FAVORITE EPISODE #3

 1-900-CRUSHED (S2E5)

💓- Me, AB & AC

We got the SWEETEST episode during season one of Zack taking care of Kelly's baby brother! 👶💓 Now, we get a CUTE episode of her little sister having a crush on him and him figuring out how to let her down gently! 💔🤍 I LOVE how we get a couple of episodes of Zack actually forming little bonds with Kelly's siblings... GREEN FLAG! 💚 First, we got the Billy episode! Now, we hear in this episode that he helps out Nikki with her pitching! 🥎💓

I wish we could have gotten MORE episodes with Kelly's siblings, but that's what makes this one even more special! 🤍 We know that Kelly is SUPER close with her family and Zack forming relationships with them too is SO sweet! 💓 Also, the Cinderella hip-hop dream sequence is one of my FAVORITES! ♫

I LOVE and miss home phones SO much! 📞😔 So, this episode being FILLED with home phone moments is another reason why it's one of my FAVORITES! 🤍💓

I already had the screenshots for this outfit when I realized it's literally almost the EXACT same FAVORITE outfit from the previous episode on this list! 🠝😲💚

 Sisters do share clothes! 👯 I also like this outfit, but not as much as the overall shorts! 🠟

 

FAVORITE EPISODE #4

 Driver's Education (S2E6)

I wasn't expecting this episode to get the HIGHEST heart from me, but that's because I forgot it had one of my FAVORITE SBTB lines! 🙉🙈

Once I knew the "see the ring" scene was coming up, I knew it'd be a FAVORITE! 💓

As a kid, I thought that scene was SO cute because at first it's just Zack who seems "jealous" pointing out the ring to different guys! But, then, Kelly does it right after she told him not to and they smile at each other and it's just a SUPER cute scene! 😊💍🤍

Zack is definitely A LOT more jealous in this season, but that's because him and Kelly are kind of "official" then "not official" and I think he just has some relationship security issues! 😳 It doesn't mean all of his schemes that stem from his jealousy are right, but his jealousy doesn't bother me too much and he does learn his lesson from each time his jealousy gets out of control! Well, he learns his lesson until the next episode they have him be jealous again! 😂

This episode is mainly a FAVORITE because of the "friendship" ring and the CUTE scenes we get of it being mentioned! Like, the ending scene when Kelly asks for "the jerk's ring back"! 💍💓

FAVORITE EPISODE #5

 Miss Bayside (S2E8)

I say this OVER and OVER again to my sisters, but this show BROKE so many TV borders... in a GOOD way! 💓 Jessie being a feminist and NOT being afraid to speak her mind and rally against sexism is ICONIC and SO ahead of it's time! 🤍 I can guarantee you that a character like Jessie was NEEDED in the early 90s! Heck, she's needed NOW! 👏🤍

I LOVE how her character isn't perfect, though! She learns and grows with each situation and figures out her boundaries and beliefs as things come her way! 💓 We also get Lisa who views pageants as something FUN and Kelly who's sort of in-between! Then, we have the boys who make a bet, which ends up with Screech being in the pageant. Then, Slater enters the pageant and EVERYTHING just becomes complete chaos in this episode with different views flying EVERYWHERE! 😵🙉

What I LOVE about this episode is that each character stands with their belief on pageants and the ENTIRE friend group talks about it, listens to each others opinions, and learns to respect that they all see the pageant world differently! 👏 Zack also cancels his bet because he started a rumor about Slater so Screech could win and even though Zack was "using" Screech to win money... he ended up just supporting and cheering on Screech without taking the money! 👌🤍

This episode definitely has some problematic comments, but we NEED episodes like this to show that you can stand up for what is right, go against sexism, and also enter a pageant if you want or DON'T... it's up to you! 👏 Personally, I was more on Jessie's side during this episode. I wouldn't have stopped the picketing like she did, but she made a statement by joining the pageant and breaking the "rules" to stick up for women's bodies not being paraded for people to look at! 👏💓

The ONLY thing I really hated about this episode was Mr. Belding at first standing firm that the pageant was just for girls because EW! But, he actually wasn't too creepy in this episode. I mean, it was a male principal hosting a teenage girl beauty pageant. 😳 So, of course, there was some creepiness! But, it wasn't that bad. I would have just preferred Jessie host it or something! 🤍

Screech winning in the end was a nice wrap-up to the storyline, though! It was nice seeing Jessie smiling and clapping for him because she knew that him winning broke down some anti-feminism walls just a little bit! 👏💓

FAVORITE EPISODE #6

 Jessie's Song (S2E13)

I'm sure I don't even need to type my thoughts about this episode because it's that ICONIC! 💓 This episode has ALWAYS been one of my FAVORITES and one of the MOST memorable from my childhood! 🤍 The singing ALONE makes it a FAVORITE! 🎤💓

Then, we get the serious storyline about Jessie taking caffeine pills and it reaches a whole NEW level of greatness! 💓 I am SO sad when I see this episode being mocked throughout the "newer" generations because it's just such a GREAT episode and so what if it was just caffeine pills?!? Jessie was still addicted to them and it was able to teach a message about high-stress, depression, and the importance of talking to your friends and even listening to your friends when they're overwhelmed and need help! 🤍

It has one of the MOST iconic scenes of ALL-TIME... 🠟😢

And, yes. Is that scene "funny" when taken out of context? Sure. But, when watching the episode, it's such a raw and SCARY moment! 😳 I LOVE how they had Zack be the one in that scene with her instead of Slater because they grew up together and it was a really touching moment when Zack was trying to calm her down! 😭💓

Obviously, the music video is the SECOND most ICONIC scene from the episode and one of my FAVORITE SBTS scenes ever! 🎥🤍

Slater worrying about Jessie in this episode was also really SWEET! 💓 Then, the whole friend group coming over to Jessie's house to make sure she was okay at the end of the episode was SUPER sweet too! 😊🤍 

This episode just has SO many good moments! 👏💓

FAVORITE EPISODE #7

 The Glee Club (S2E15)

Remember when I said that this show broke down A LOT of tv show borders?!? Well, this episode is proof of that in a different way than the pageant episode! 💓 The friend group in this series is SO diverse and unique and it shows that ANYONE can be friends! 🤍

In this show, the "geeks" definitely have a certain look/personality, but to me, the show allows them to embrace their "geekiness" and it's never really looked at as a negative thing. Screech is Zack's best friend and friends with Slater and everyone else and you see that they're all just friends and they pick on each other and stuff, but they like that Screech is a "geek" and himself! 💓

I'm glad that Screech got a MAIN storyline in this episode and how the friend group thought him and Violet were just SO cute! 🤍 I haven't thought about it until now, but is this the last time we see Violet? Is she in season three?!? I think her and Screech are CUTE and their relationship adds something more to the show other than just Screech chasing after Lisa! 🌹💓

Of course, Zack only joins the Glee Club when he finds out there's a trip to Hawaii up for grabs, but he does end up feelings more bad for Screech than about potentially not going on the trip. Zack actually didn't do anything in this episode to cause trouble. So, good for him! That's rare! 👏😂

I do find it funny how Kelly can't sing in the pageant episode and in this episode she can't really carry a tune, but somehow in the "Jessie's Song" episode she was a natural pop-star! 😂🎤⭐

This episode had some unique outfits! 👌 Kelly's were good, but I found myself really liking Violet's baby-doll type dresses! The floral prints gave off SO many 90's vibes! 🌻💓

I also really liked this outfit of Jessie's too! 🠟🤍

Those were ALL of the episodes that my sisters and I gave the HIGHEST heart-rating to from season two of Saved By The Bell! 🤍💓

I CAN'T believe season TWO is already over! 😢 We got SO many more CUTE relationship moments and A LOT of relationship drama too! 🙉🙈 I am NOT prepared for the first episode of season three... iykyk!!! 😭 So, we are just going to pretend that everyone is happy and no one is going to break-up! 😬🤍 I still think season ONE is my FAVORITE season because it's the start of the series (besides Good Morning Miss Bliss), but I still LOVE season two SO much because of all the romance and CUTE friendship moments! 💓🤍

Zack was even CRAZIER this season with his schemes and shenanigans! 😲 Let's see if he ups his antics even more next season! 👀💓 

Real quick... I want to shout-out the LAST episode of the season "Snow White and The Seven Dorks" because that episode is SO flippin' iconic and it didn't get a top heart ONLY because I'm a Zack & Kelly shipper! 🤍

Oh, and I also want to point out that the locker colors changed from RED to ORANGE towards the end of the season and I am really SAD about that! 😢 

I do sort of like the ORANGE because it's fresh and new and it brightens up the halls! 🧡 But, the RED screams BAYSIDE and it's their school colors! 💓 Which color do you prefer? 🧡💓
