🎀 My Soy Luna Season 1 Rewatch (Part Five ~ Ranking Ambar & Luna's outfits from EVERY episode) 💓

Let's celebrate this week by celebrating the fact that this is the LAST re-watch post for Soy Luna season one! 🎉💓🎉 

It's SO bittersweet that this is the LAST post for season one, but the good times aren't ending after this FUN post! 💓 Season two is RIGHT around the corner! 💗

But, we still have ALL of these FUN outfits to look at and I CAN'T wait to go through Ambar and Luna's fashion of season one with you! 💓

I'm NOT the biggest fashionista and really can survive on wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts for the rest of my life, but I'm a HUGE fashionista when it comes to characters fashion on movies and tv series! 💗 I LOVE seeing characters different styles, especially in a long series like Soy Luna where the fashion changes each season as the characters grow-up! 💓

Outfit posts are some of the HARDEST and LONGEST posts to create because screenshotting multiple angles of EACH and EVERY outfit (especially for a season with 80 episodes) is SUPER time consuming, but it's ALWAYS worth it in the end! 💗

The set-up for this post reminds me of the times I used to do "outfit battles" for me and my sisters to do WAY before I started this blog! 💓 This post is going to be more like those outfit battles than an actual ranking! 💗 I've paired ONE outfit of Ambar's with ONE outfit of Luna's for each round and you'll get to choose whose outfit you like MORE for each round! 💓 

I've paired the outfits up by which ones look the MOST similar or have the same color scheme, but some of them won't match super well because Ambar and Luna did have VERY different styles! 💗 But, the rounds are as fair as I could make them, which means at the end of this post we can tally up how many rounds each character won, which will tell us whose fashion we LOVE the most! 💓

I've ONLY chosen to do Ambar and Luna's fashion because their outfits are my MOST favorites out of ALL the girl characters and it would have taken WAY too much time to do EVERY girls fashion for this post! 💗 We would have been doing this post for as long as the series was on tv! 😂

So, are you ready for the season ONE outfit battle to being?!? 💗 Let's see whose fashion you LOVE the most! 💓

Before we get into the actual rounds, let's go over some of the fashion details for Luna and Ambar's styles for season one! 🎀

First up, Luna! 💓

Luna's fashion is SUPER unique in season one! 💓 Her style is VERY colorful, but there are some times when she wears some darker shades and those outfits give me the MOST Mexico vibes because they usually incorporate shades of brown and dark reds! 🤎💓 

She ALWAYS has her fingernails painted yellow with her ring finger fingernails painted pink! 💛💗 She also LOVES colorful bracelets and of course, her moon necklace is an essential piece of jewelry for her character! 💓

The stylists knew what they were doing by having her wear a strawberry ring! 😉 I'm guessing they are Lutteo shippers too! 🍓💓

Luna's hairstyles change each season and for season one they decided to style her hair in a slight half-up half-down hairstyle, but it was more down than up! 💇 Can you tell I know nothing about names for hairstyles? 😂 Some of her hair was pulled back with little braids and it almost looks like they used a little bump-it to heighten her hair a bit! 💓 Who remembers bump-its? 

Tell me it doesn't look like they used a little bump-it on Luna's hair! 💇

Her hair was ALWAYS curled and in the first few episodes she had little ribbons throughout her hair that I LOVED and wished they would have kept for a little while longer! 💓 The ribbons represented her Mexican style and eventually, she stopped wearing them as she adjusted to Argentina's culture! 🎀

Her hairstyles changed sometimes for the skating competitions and Open Music events, which were CUTE and fun changes from her normal hairstyles, except for ONE! 😳 

The little bump-it that looks like is used in her hair turned into a HUGE bump-it in the final episode of season one! 👀 Towards the end of the final episode, the bump-it is gone and her hair looks WAY better... I mean, no offense, but the HUGE bump-it is CRAZY! 😳

Another IMPORTANT thing to note about Luna's season one fashion is how she LOVES wearing knee-high socks! 💓

Usually, Luna layers TWO different colored socks together, like in the photo above where she is wearing blue and pink socks! 💙💗

But, I discovered this time around re-watching this season something about the knee-high socks! 👀 Usually, Luna ONLY wears the knee-high socks when roller-skating and when she's not on the rink, the socks disappear! 😲

I actually LOVE the knee-high socks and think they add a unique touch to Luna's style! 💓 Also, for some outfits, the socks would change depending on how many different times Luna went to the rink during the episode! 💗

The LAST little detail about Luna's season one fashion is that she LOVED wearing flannels tied around her waste, which I didn't realize was such a BIG part of her season one fashion because I thought that was just something she wore in season two! But, nope! The flannels start here! 💓

Overall, Luna's season one fashion matches her season one personality SUPER well! 👌 It's a little all over the place, SUPER colorful, and VERY unique! 💓

Now, it's Ambar's turn! 💗

Ambar's season one fashion is the OPPOSITE of Luna's! 💗 Ambar's style is ALWAYS put together and doesn't blend too many colors and patterns together! 🎀 She wears A LOT of pink and blue, but also keeps things classic and incorporates A LOT of white and black into her outfits! 💗

Ambar's fashion doesn't have A LOT of little details like Lunas, but one of the MAJOR details is that Ambar ALWAYS wears a statement necklace! 💗 If she's wearing a collared shirt, she usually wears a statement pin! 🎀

If you don't see Ambar wearing a statement necklace or pin in any of the upcoming outfits, then know that she did take off her jewelry anytime she roller-skated, but I tried to at least include ONE picture of the outfits with the necklaces/pins for each round! 💗

Ambar had more freedom when it came to her hairstyles and most of the time she wore it down, but she also wore it up in ponytails, including side ponytails! 💇 Sometimes she also wore headbands when she wore her hair down! 💗 And her hair was ALWAYS lightly curled! 💓

Overall, Ambar's season one style is VERY girly and put together! 💗 Throughout the season, she also put WAY more thought into her outfits and cared A LOT about her fashion! 🎀 Luna's fashion is more creative and free-flowing and Ambar's is more classy and organized! 💓

Now, it's time to compare little details about BOTH of their styles! 💗

First up, their roller-skates and roller-skating helmets! 💓

Honestly, it's HARD to choose between their roller-skates, but I choose Luna's skates because they're more colorful! 💗 For the helmets, I like the shape of Luna's the MOST, but I LOVE the color of Ambar's more! 💙 So, the skates go to Luna and the helmet goes to Ambar! 💓

Which ones are you choosing? 💗

Another little thing to compare are their sunglasses... yep! Their sunglasses! 😂😎

Even though Luna's sunglasses are SUPER close to being "SHARONNNN" glasses (iykyk), I LOVE Ambar's the MOST! 😎🤍 They are classic and can go with any outfit! 💓 Which sunglasses are you choosing? 😎

The LAST things I want to compare are the Jam & Roller robes that the girls would wear when getting ready for skating competitions and Open Music events! 💓 This little pre-round includes some of the other girls too! 💗

It's FUNNY how they put Jam & Roller patches on the sleeves of the robes to make them official! 😂 My FAVORITE robe is Ambar's, but the cheetah print ones are TOTAL Cheetah Girls vibes and I also like Jazmin and Luna's pink robes! 💗 But, Ambar's classic white robe is my FAVORITE! 🤍

I forgot two other little things to compare for these pre-rounds are their school uniforms! 💓 Now, they go to the same private school, which means they wear the SAME uniform, but there is one TINY difference between them! 💗

Ambar wears her uniform blazer opened and NEVER buttoned-up and Luna ONLY wears hers buttoned-up! 💚💙

I know it's a SUPER tiny detail, but I prefer the buttoned-up version! 💙 What about you? 💚

These next outfits are ones of Luna's that Ambar didn't have any to match with! 💕 Luna had WAY more pajamas shown during the episodes and Ambar only had ONE, which was only a robe! 💗

So, here is my ranking of ALL of Luna's pajamas! 😴💤

EIGHT

This one is LAST because I can't see the full outfit! 💗 

SEVEN

This pajama set has little unicorns on it and fun fact, Karol Sevilla who played Luna LOVED unicorns! 🦄💙 

This pajama set is actually pretty cute! 🦄 I'm just not the biggest unicorn LOVER, so it's not my MOST favorite! 💙

SIX

This nightgown literally reminds me of my childhood because I wore pajamas like this ALL the time, one of my FAVORITES being a blue Hannah Montana nightgown! 😂💚 Also, I can't help but see this book cover anytime I see these pajamas... 

This book is like a fever dream from my childhood and it still scares me just a little! 😳 But, these pajamas are SUPER cute and give me nostalgic vibes! 💚 I just don't wear nightgowns anymore and prefer separate tops and bottoms! 💚

FIVE

The previous one, this one, and the next TWO pajamas ALL have similar styles due to the stripes and the hearts on the tops! 💛 This one is basically the same as the previous one except for less stripes and it's a two-piece set! 💜 I LOVE the little hearts and how they say, "Live in the here and now." 💛 This is another pajama set that reminds me of my childhood! 💜

FOUR

This is almost the SAME exact top as the previous one, but it doesn't have stripes, it's a little more V-necked, and it's teal instead of purple! 💙 The hearts even say the same saying as the previous top! 💛 I actually like the previous one the same as I like this one, but I do like this one just a tad more because the stripes can be a bit much in the previous top! 💙 But, I do like that the previous top isn't V-necked! 💛 For this top, though, I do LOVE how it's paired with pink shorts to brighten up the outfit! 💗 

Honestly, I kind of view this one and the previous one equally and LOVE both! 💙

THREE

This one is like a mix of the TWO previous pajamas! 💜💙 I'm pretty sure I had pajama pants just like these as a kid, but I could be wrong! 💛 They just remind me A LOT of something I would have worn as a kid! 💜 Again, this one and the previous THREE pajamas are ALL so similar and it's hard to rank them, but I do LOVE this top mixed with the colorful striped pants a little more than the pink shorts! 💛

Which of the FOUR is your favorite stripes and heart combination? 💜💛💙💚

TWO

This pajama set isn't as colorful as the previous ones, but I LOVE the simplicity of it! 💙 I LOVE the ruffles at the bottom of the top and the deep navy blue color! 💙 One of my FAVORITE things about these pjs is the writing on the left sleeve! 💙 I can't read the ENTIRE sentence, but from what I can read it says, "Believe in the beauty of..." and that's ALL I can see! 😂 So, just believe in the beauty of! 💙 I LOVE the blue and white color scheme and the little ruffled touches! 💙

ONE

This is definitely my FAVORITE pajama set of Luna's! 💗 I LOVE the colors, the saying "All you need is love," and how the shorts have grey stripes to match the top! 💗 I just LOVE how match-y it is! 💗 Also,  I LOVE how the shorts are paired with a long-sleeved top because some people think it's weird to mix long-sleeved tops with shorts, but I actually like it! 💗 I would buy this pajama set even as an adult! 💗

This outfit from one of Luna's dreams is LAST because I can barely see what it is! 😂 I do LOVE the pink top, though! 💗

FIVE

This is another outfit we can barely see, but I LOVE the shiny sleeves! 🤍 I actually found a BTS photo that showed more of this outfit and it is pretty cute, but I'm not the biggest fan of the design on the shirt! 🤍 But, I LOVE the sparkly skirt and sleeves! ❤

FOUR

I LOVE the colors of this outfit and how SPARKLY it is! 💜 If the shirt wasn't one of those high-low type shirts, then I'd LOVE this outfit even more! 💜 

THREE

I LOVE the colors of the previous outfit more, but I LOVE the style of this top more! 💛 The shorts have some jewels on them, which adds more sparkle to match the top! 💗 This is a simple outfit, but it has the PERFECT mixture of sparkles and no sparkles! 💛

TWO

I LOVE the simplicity of this white dress and how the sparkles are in a vertical/lined pattern! 🤍 It's even CUTE with the flannel tied around Luna's waist! 💙 The only thing I'd change would be the color of the socks! 🤍 This is a CUTE dream outfit, though! 💙

ONE

This outfit doesn't give off the "dream outfit" vibe as much as the others because it looks like a regular everyday outfit, but that's what I LOVE about it! 💗 The main reason it's number-one is because of the polka-dotted jacket and the matching hot pink socks! 💟 You'll see this top again later, but it gives me Day of the Dead vibes for some reason! 💗 Again, this outfit is number-one because of the SUPER cute jacket! 💟

There isn't any other bathing suit to compare this one with, but I do LOVE the white cover-up for this one! 🤍

Ambar also did a music video in season one and there are FOUR outfits from the video shoot that I've ranked from least to most favorite! ❤

FOUR

This outfit matches Ambar's personality SUPER well! ❤ It's classy and elegant and matches SUPER well, even the shoes! ❤ I LOVE the hat too! It gives me Meredith Blake/Parent Trap vibes! ❤

THREE

This outfit is SUPER unique! 🤎 I LOVE the semi-sheer train and how the cutouts make it a two-piece! 🤎 The semi-sheer fabric gives off a sparkly look! The sparkly belt line of the shorts is the PERFECT added touch because it brings a darker shade to the outfit and separates the two-pieces to draw your eyes to the unique cut of the top! 🤎 This outfit seems simple, but the more you look at it you realize there are little things that make it different and unique! 🤎

TWO

Does Ambar not remind you of Meredith Blake wearing these outfits? 🤔 I LOVE this classy dress with the sheer cutout at the neckline! 🤍 The black and white combination is classic and again, this is another SUPER elegant look! 🤍 I actually really LOVE this dress! ❤

ONE

Another Meredith Blake look! ❤ I LOVE this simple and elegant dress and how it's an A-line/ballgown style! 🤍 I LOVE the simple black ribbon around the waist of the dress! ❤ The ONLY thing I'd change is maybe the gold necklace, but then again, I don't know what type of necklace I'd change it out for... maybe silver? 🤍

WOW! There were SO many AMAZING outfits and it was SO hard choosing FAVORITES for each round! 💓 I had a feeling I was going to like more of Luna's outfits, but I had NO clue that I was going to choose SO many of hers over Ambar's! 💓 

I still LOVE Ambar's outfits, but Luna's include A LOT more things I would wear like sweaters and jean shorts versus Ambar dressing pretty fancy! 💓 I am SUPER curious as to whose style you chose the MOST out of ALL the rounds! 💓 Did you choose more of Luna's outfits or Ambar's? 🎀

It's SO bittersweet that this is the VERY last re-watch post for Soy Luna season one! 😢 I can't believe we've recapped the WHOLE season and ranked EVERY song, skating routine, Open Music performance, and outfit of Ambar and Luna's for season one! 💓 

Season one is SO special because it is the START of an AMAZING series! 💓 I LOVE season one SO much, but I'm also SO excited to jump into recapping EVERYTHING from season two! 💓

Season two is a WHOLE new ball game! 💓 New characters, new love interests, new sets, new secrets... AHHH! I CAN'T wait to share ALL of it! 💓

But, it will take me a while to edit ALL of the AMAZING content for season two! 🕐
