Let's celebrate this week by completing the Blue Water High series posts with my top ten episodes of the final season! 🧡🏄

If you've read the other two Blue Water High posts (here and here), then this is a bittersweet post because this is where it all comes to an end for the whole series! 😢💙

Those posts explain a lot about the structure of the series that I'm not going to be re-explaining for this post, but you can check out all the information in those posts with the links above! 🧡 

Also, those posts made it very clear that I'm a HUGE fan of season one and not so much of season two! I mainly loved season two because it had the season one characters popping into the episodes! 💙 

Speaking of the season one characters... 

Simmo was the OG coach of the series and Fly joined him as a student turned assistant coach last season! 💙 But, things get changed up completely this season! 

Simmo is no longer running the academy as the head coach and Fly is no longer the assistant coach! 😢 That leaves two spots open! One spot is filled by a newcomer to the series and another... Well, it's better if you wait to see for yourself who will take Simmo's spot as the leader of Solar Blue! 💙

So, I'm sure most of you noticed, but this season of BWH has two actors that played in one of my all-time favorite series, H2O: Just Add Water! 💦💙

Now, this isn't the first time characters from H20 were on this series! 🧡 In season two, the actor who played Cleo's dad in H2O played Amy's dad in BWH! One of the main characters of season two of BWH was also the antagonist in season three of H2O!

For this season of BWH, the actress who played Bridget played Rikki on H2O! 🌊

The coach this season, Garry, was played by the same actor who played Emma's boyfriend in season two of H2O! 💦💙

It doesn't stop there, though! 🧡 I don't have photos for them, but the actors who played Nate and Zane in H2O made appearances in this season of BWH, as well! 🧡

Now that we've met the characters of the final season of BWH... why don't we talk a bit about this season?!? 🧡

If you've read the post for the second season of this series, then you know that I feel that season had "favorites" when it came to the characters and how many episodes they narrated! 🎥

Well, this season was the TOTAL opposite! 💛 Everyone actually got an even amount of episodes to narrate, except one character got to narrate just one more than the others! 💙 Here is the list... 

Cassie - Five Episodes 

Adam - Four Episodes 

Bridget - Four Episodes

Guy - Four Episodes

Loren - Four Episodes

Charlie - Four Episodes 

The last episode was narrated by all six of them! 🧡 

Now, the really cool change to this season was how the narrations were done! 💙 The characters actually video blog (vlogging wasn't a term back in the good ol' days 😂) their year at Solar Blue, which means we don't just hear their voices narrating, but we get to see their facial expressions as they tell their version of what's happening in their specific episodes! 💻

It's a fun and unique change that adds a fresh feel to this season! 🧡 There are so many more fresh starts for this season, though! Solar Blue has been taken over by a new company. Simmo has left and recommended Bec take his place. A new head coach joins the new group of surfers. The house is renovated... again. The music is fresh and I LOVE it! So many changes, but definitely needed from last season! 💙

If you've read my post for the second season, then you know the only reason I enjoyed watching it was because of the season one cast that made appearances throughout the season! 😬 I was afraid I would end up feeling the same way when re-watching this season, but I am so happy to say that this season exceeded my expectations! 👏🧡

The group had that family feel to them that was desperately missing from the second season! One of the character qualities that was back this season was actual kindness and caring towards one another. I felt that was a character trait that was lacking for the season two characters! But, the characters this season felt like a family, including Bec and Garry! 💙

Now, it's still not season one AMAZING! Nothing can beat season one! But, I will say, this season was definitely up there! I really enjoyed it! 🧡

For my ranking of the season one episodes, I LOVED all of them! So, I chose ten that I felt had the deepest messages and of course, I chose a lot of the Heath and Fly episodes! 💛

For my ranking of the season two episodes, I was annoyed by most of them! So, I chose the ones that included any of the season one characters and a lot of the Racheal episodes because she was the least annoying character to me! 💙

For my ranking of this season, I sort of felt the same way when choosing ten from season one! 🧡 Honestly, I don't think there is one bad episode for this whole season! Even the episodes where the characters made assumptions or were angry with each other had endings that brought everyone back together! 💙

So, for this season, I decided to choose my top ten a bit differently than the others! 🧡 I decided to choose one favorite episode that each character narrated, which would bring me to six episodes! Then, of course, the first and last episodes would naturally go on my list! So, that brought me to eight episodes! And for my final two choices... Well, those will be a surprise! 😉💙

#10 - Episode One

This episode is the first one of the season and usually, first episodes place higher on my lists. However, this one is really focused around two characters and the others have some small introduction parts! 💙 Now, those small introduction parts are a lot of fun to watch because it's when the new surfers are meeting Bec for the first time! Guy mistakes her for another character from season one and I thought that was a funny first season mention! 🧡 A lot happens in this episode and right off the bat you get to see the new video blogging style of the season! 💻 This episode got me excited because it gave me some season one vibes, especially the music scene when Bec is thinking about taking the job at Solar Blue or not! 🏄 Let's take a look at this fresh new start to a new season! 💙

Meeting new faces comes with learning new names and sometimes that means creating new nicknames! Let's see if the final cast of BWH had any nicknames for each other... 🧡↓

#9 - Episode Two

Technically, Charlie narrates this episode! But, this isn't the one I chose for him. This is one of the two "surprise" options that I was talking about earlier! 🌞 I chose this episode because it's when we get to meet Garry for the first time along with all the other surfers! 🏄 This episode is about the new surfers having to decide between two candidates which coach they'd want to be their new surfing trainer! 💙 This episode has a lot of tension between Charlie and the others! At first, I was hoping the writers weren't trying to make Charlie's character a "new" Edge because no one can be Edge from season one! Thankfully, Charlie's serious façade doesn't last long and really only is shown a lot in this episode! 🧡 So, let's see how the group handles the first major decision they have to make! 🎬

This being only the second episode, I'm sure the actors/actresses were still getting used to filming the season! I wonder how they got into acting and if this was their first television series... 💙↓

#8 - Episode Twenty-Six

This is the last episode of the season and the final episode of the whole series! 💙 When Bec and Garry find out that Solar Blue is no longer going to exist, they have to let the surfers know that there will be no one getting a wild card spot for the pro-circuit! 😢 Everything that the surfers have prepared for the entire year is now at jeopardy of not even happening! But, a special guest character might have the solution! 😉 This episode definitely tried to bring back some season one finale vibes with the party at the end and everyone's names being called out in front of the stage... this time by Bec who once was one of the names being called out by Simmo! 🧡 There is definitely a twist at the end of this episode that I didn't see coming and I'm still not sure what to think about it! It was interesting to watch, but I'm not sure if things turned out completely fair. 🤔 You'll just have to let me know what you think about the plot twist and see if you agree with how things turned out! 🧡 One more thing I want to note before we watch the bittersweet ending to the series, is that they decided to not go with the classic "Pictures of You" song that plays every finale and instead, they went with elevator music! 😂 No, I'm kidding. It's not elevator music, but it's definitely a lot more chill! But, I like it. It gives the scene more emotional vibes! 💙 So, what are we waiting for? Let's watch this bittersweet finale, then we can see all the other episodes that show just how much fun the characters had the whole year at Solar Blue! 🧡

I'm sure it was really emotional to film the finale episode of the season! 😢 Let's find out what the casts most and least favorite moments were while filming the final season of BWH... 🧡↓

Now, something super fun is the fact that there were live chats happening during the airing of the third season of BWH! Not just any live chats, though, but live chats hosted by the actor who played Heath in season one of BWH! 😲 Now, these live chats are very rare and I only found three of them! One of them being the one with the actress who played Bec! 🎥 Let's hear what she had to say about being apart of this series in this very nostalgic live chat! 💙↓

#7 - Episode Twenty-Three

This is the episode I chose for Bridget's character! 🎥 In this episode, Bridget is trying to figure out how important fame and fortune are! I like this episode because she asks everyone in the house what they think of fame and fortune! My favorite answers are Bec and Garry's, but it makes sense that theirs would be the better answers because they are more mature since their older! 💙 Bridget is given the opportunity to have a bit of fame when she gets asked to accompany a famous surfer to an event, but what she learns is that fame isn't all it's cracked up to be! 🧡 Now, the other storyline in this episode isn't the happiest because it's focused around Charlie and Loren breaking up! 😢 You won't get to see those clips because for all of these episodes on this list, I am just showing you the parts that belong to the narrator's storyline for each specific episode! 💙 But, just know that Charlie and Loren decided to take a break until after the final competition was over and didn't "break-up" for ever! 🧡

#6 - Episode Four

This is the episode I chose for Adam's character! 🎥 In this episode, summer training is in full swing before school officially begins! 🏃🏄 Adam is pushed to his limit and begins to become angry with any training at all, especially training instructed by Garry! What he doesn't know is that Garry is being tougher on everyone on purpose to make sure they will be able to handle the pressure of training and school when the school year starts! ⏰ I like this episode because of the hiking aspect! It's nice to see a change from the normal surfing training! 🏄 You won't get to see the other characters hike in the clips I've chosen, but their scenes were a nice comedic relief from Adam and Cassie's tense hike! 🌲 I also loved the Garry and Bec scenes because ummm... Garry is CUTE! I had to say it... we were all thinking it! 😳 Okay... ummm... let's just roll the clips! 🎬

Adam might not have been the biggest fan of hiking, but hiking is a lot of peoples hobby! 🏃 Let's see what the BWH casts hobbies were off set... 💙↓

#5 - Episode Fifteen 

This is the episode I chose for Loren's character! 🎥 This episode is ALL about the relationships! 💓 Loren and Charlie officially put a label on the feelings they've been having for a while and the rest of the surfers are trying to uncover if Bec and Garry are dating! 😲 Now, I LOVED Edge and Bec as a couple in season one, but I'm not going to lie... I do ship Bec and Garry! 😳 They do make a really cute couple and they work together, which means they make a great team! But, are they actually dating? That's the BIG question in this episode along with Loren wondering why the group seems distant ever since Charlie and her started dating! 💙 Well, the clips hold the answers! So, let's find out what those answers are! 💓

#4 - Episode Thirteen

This is the episode I chose for Cassie's character! 🎥 The owners of Solar Blue have decided to create surf boards targeted for younger surfers and want the new Solar Blue crew to promote them! There's just one problem... the boards are rubbish! 😳 With a big surfing competition coming up and the surfers being forced to use boards that feel as if they're surfing on ice... Will someone have the guts to stand up and go against the owners of Solar Blue? Will the group decide to promote boards that they know aren't good? I guess you'll have to watch and find out! Also, this is another episode that had me lowkey shipping Bec and Garry... 💙

This episode was ALL about surf boards and surfing competitions! Let's see if the cast picked up any surf slang while filming... 💙↓

#3 - Episode Fourteen 

This is the episode I chose for Guy's character! 🎥 The group has hit a low in their surf-training! 🏄 Everyone in the group thinks they're in a slump and the best way to get out of it is to try something new! Well, everyone except for Guy! 😬 He doesn't think there needs to be a change in routine because that's what makes a routine solid is if you stick with the same one! Well, Cassie is the one who disagrees the most with Guy and discovers that dancing has quite a bit in common with surfing! 💃 Guy is one-hundred percent in denial and doesn't give the dance classes a fair chance! That results in a talk with Bec and Garry! 😳 In this episode, Guy isn't his usual self and it's interesting to see his character become more serious and even angry... 😲 Will he end up liking the dance classes? Or, will he stay at odd ends with everyone in the house?!? Let's find out! 💙

Now, I don't know about you, but I think that dancing was brilliant! Just brilliant! 🧡 So brilliant I want to watch it again! All jokes aside, though, I chose this as Guy's episode because of the dancing aspect! I love dancing! 💃

#2 - Episode Sixteen 

This is the episode I chose for Charlie's character! 🎥 In this episode, Charlie is beginning to ponder what "normal" is and is "normal" even a thing or is everyone just a little bit weird in their own way! 💙 This is a melancholy episode for sure because it talks about loss! 😢 However, the ending scene is beautiful and one of my favorite scenes from the season! 🧡 Sad, but beautiful! 💙 I love how the whole group comes together in the end to help someone else! I can't say too much more because it will give away what this episode is all about! So, shall we go ahead and play the clips? Get your tissues ready! 🤧💙

This episode was all about weird things people do that aren't "normal". Let's see if the cast has any weird habits and what they're hidden talents and embarrassing moments are... 🧡↓

#1 - Episode Eleven 

This is the second "surprise" episode I chose and I'm sure you can figure out why by looking at the gif! 💙 That's right! Fly is back and gives some amazing advice to a sick Charlie who had to leave Solar Blue due to getting Glandular Fever... aka Mono... aka The Kissing Disease! 😲 Charlie is the narrator of this episode, but I chose it because Fly comes back and reunites with Bec and meets Charlie to give him some much needed advice! Of course, any episode with a season one character is going to be number-one! 🧡 However, it doesn't end there! I mainly chose this episode because there is a very good message in it about helping children with disabilities and seeing how full of life those children are! 💙 The secondary storyline is about Guy feeling out of "luck" because he accidently wrote about the wrong World War for an English assignment! 😬 Luck is a running theme throughout this episode and personally, I don't believe in luck! I think sometimes things just happen and most of the good things I see as blessings from God! 🧡 What do you think? Before we wrap things up, I want to give a shout-out to episode twenty...

"YO! EPISODE TWENTY... HEYYY." 👋

Okay... that's it! There was my shout-out. 

I'm kidding! Episode twenty deserves more than that because it's the school dance episode! 💃🎉

Episode twenty is narrated by Guy's character and I would have chosen it, but the dancing one I chose for him instead was more entertaining because sadly, this dance episode doesn't have a "getting ready" montage and it doesn't show the actual dance! 😢

But, you know me, I still have to show you the dress options for the girls! I've done it for every season! 💃💓 So, here they are... 

Which dress is your favorite? 💓 Mine is Cassie's hot pink one with the black heals because that's a classic combination and reminds me of my childhood! 💗

Now, out of ALL of the dresses from EVERY season, which is your favorite? 💙 Mine is of course Fly's blue dress from season one! 💙

Season three might not have had a "getting ready" montage, but they did at least have a photoshoot! 📸

I can't believe it's time to wrap up the trilogy of posts I've done for this AMAZING series! 😢💙

I'm so glad that season three gave me all the happy vibes back that were missing from season two! 🧡 I made a list before re-watching this season in the notes app on my phone and here's what I wrote... 

So, how many of those bubbles would I fill-in? Well, season three does have a different vibe. The vlog style is something that I liked and it did remind me of Heath because he was always videoing everything! 💙 The girls did become close and to answer my own question... The boys did indeed become close, as well! 🧡 I did like Charlie and Loren together and think they handled their relationship really maturely, especially when it came to making sure they kept their friendships just as important! 👌 Oh, by the way, I know that I had Loren's character's name spelt wrong in my notes! 😂 I wouldn't say Loren was my favorite character because I actually really liked Bec and Garry the most and was surprised at how much they were actually apart of the episodes! In season two, Simmo and Fly weren't as prominent in the episodes as I would have liked, but this season was the opposite! Bec and Garry were a huge part of the season and I LOVED it! 💙 

Now, another surprise has to do with Guy's character! As you can see in my notes, I thought I didn't really like Guy's character, but he actually is now one of my favorites of season three! 😲 He was definitely the comedic relief of the show and lightened up all of the episodes! 🧡 I did like that Bec was back, obviously! And, yes. Simmo left. But, I liked Garry's character so much that I got used to Simmo being gone! 💙

And, my last note summed it up perfectly! I do indeed like season three more than season two! 🧡

So, those were my notes and I'm happy to say that I enjoyed this season so much! 💙
