💗 Ranking CeCe and Rocky's Valentine's Day Themed Outfits from Shake It Up ~ Valentine's Month 2023 💜

Let's celebrate this week by celebrating my FIRST post of the New Year and my FIRST post for Valentine's Month! 🎉💓

I am SO happy to be back to posting and I can't wait to share ALL of the Valentine's Day posts I've been working on during ALL of January! 💗💓💗

To me, Valentine's Day is Valentine's Month because I like to celebrate for the WHOLE month of February! 💓

Last year, I had SO much fun creating SO many Valentine's Month posts and I can't wait to share more for 2023! 💗 To kick things off, I wanted to pick a Disney Channel series just like I did last year and rank Valentine's Day themed outfits! 💓 Last year, the series I chose was Hannah Montana (here)! 💗

This year I've chosen one of my ALL-TIME favorite Disney Channel series... SHAKE IT UP!!!! 💜💗

Shake It Up has some pretty funky outfits, but I've always LOVED all the layers and FUN styles that CeCe and Rocky had during the series! 💗💜

For Hannah Montana's post (here), I chose to rank ALL of the red and pink outfits, but CeCe and Rocky wore SO much pink and red that I would have had to screenshot over half of their outfits! 💗 So, I've chosen to rank ALL the outfits of CeCe and Rocky's that have hearts, lips, or the word "love" on them! 💓💜💓

So, are you ready to see some Valentine's Day themed outfits that might spark some inspiration for your own fit this year?!? 💗 Let's do this thing! 💜

First up are Rocky's Valentine's Day looks...

TWENTY-FIVE

This is a VERY busy outfit with the floral leggings, ruffled skirt, bright blue combat boots, and purple tank top with a cropped lips tee over it! 😂 There is SO much going on, but that's Shake It Up for you! 💜 Honestly, the more I look at the pictures, this outfit isn't too bad! 👌 Yes, it's CRAZY, but it's also festive and would be a FUN look for Valentine's Day! 💗 My FAVORITE thing about this outfit is the combat boots! Shake It Up ALWAYS had some AMAZING combat boots! 💜

TWENTY-FOUR

This outfit isn't as busy as the previous one, but it reminds me of something a teacher would wear to school on Valentine's Day minus the ripped jeans! 💗 I actually really like the top because it's just a pink heart tee, which is perfect for February! 💜 The jeans aren't too bad, but I don't like the blazer! ✖ This outfit might have ranked higher if the blazer wasn't included! 💗 I do like how the blazer matches the shoelaces of the combat booths, though! 

TWENTY-THREE

This is another outfit that reminds me of something a teacher would wear on Valentine's Day and I think it's because of the polo button-up shirt underneath the sweater! 💗 I do really like the sweater because it's CUTE how it has hearts on it and says "You're my favorite." 💗 I'm not a big fan of the skirt, but I do LOVE the combat boots and the tights are also kind of cool, but they would match better if the skirt didn't have hearts on it! 💜

TWENTY-TWO

Wait?!? ✋ Is this the same graphic heart tee that is from outfit number twenty-four? 💗 I think it is! Wow! I just noticed that! 💗 I like this outfit except for the leggings! ✖ The leggings throw off the WHOLE outfit! 🎀 If you ignore the leggings, this outfit matches SUPER well and I love how the skirt is pink and white! 💗 Do you like the leggings? 🎀

TWENTY-ONE

This is another busy outfit, but somehow it does ALL mesh together better than others! 💗 I LOVE how the tee says "Heart Breaker" and I LOVE the combat boots! 💜 I think the tank top should have either been a dark blue to match the boots and flannel or a pink/choral color! 💗 The jeans are SO 2010... like, for real! 💜 Do you like the jeans?!? My FAVORITE thing is the graphic tee! 💗

TWENTY

I should have brightened the pictures a bit, but if you can't tell the jeggings/jeans are purple to match the purple lips on the top! 💜 To me, if the jeans were denim and not colored, then this outfit would be SO much better! 💗 I LOVE the denim vest with the rhinestones on it and I LOVE the top because the color pink is SUPER cute and the lips are small, which makes them not stand out too much! 💗 I'm not too big of a fan of lips on tees/sweaters, but this top is actually cute! 💜 Do you like graphic tees/sweaters with lip designs on them? 💋 I think I'd only wear a shirt with that design during the month of February! 💗 

NINETEEN

Here are some more jeans from 2010! 😂 I think we can ALL see that they LOVED making Rocky's character wear that white skirt! 💗 It works for this outfit and goes with the white-wash of the jeans really well! 💜 This outfit also has some more SUPER cute pink combat boots, but I think the top would have matched better if the lips were the color of the boots! 💗 This outfit isn't over-the-top Valentine's Day themed because it's mainly a blue outfit, but it's a subtle choice for someone who isn't obsessed with the color pink! 💗

Speaking of being obsessed with the color PINK...

EIGHTEEN

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cropped PINK leather jacket! 💗 Honestly, the combat boots and the jacket are the reasons this outfit ranked this high! 👏 But, I do LOVE how the floral print leggings are grey to match the grey top! 💗 I do LOVE how girly and bright this outfit is, but the ruffled skirt is a little too much for this outfit! 💓 I don't know... now, the skirt is kind of growing on me! 💗 Do you think the white ruffled skirt matches the rest of this outfit?!? 🌸

SEVENTEEN

Now, I'm kind of thinking I like the previous outfit more than this one, but I do prefer wearing joggers/sweatpants more than skirts... So, I'd probably wear this outfit over the previous one! 💗 I LOVE the pop of pink with the high-tops and I LOVE the denim vest! 💜 The only thing I don't like are the style of joggers because they are too droopy, but I do like the color of them! 💗 This would be a GREAT outfit for a lowkey Valentine's Day! 💜

SIXTEEN

I'm not the biggest fan of leggings/jeggings! So, if this outfit had regular blue jeans, then it'd be even higher on this list! 💗 I LOVE the pink combat boots and how they match perfectly with the pink heart on the laced top! 💗 I do think this outfit would also be WAY better with a white or pink tank top underneath the lace top! 💜 The vest thing adds a bit of sparkle to the outfit, which is cute! ✨ Do you think this outfit is good as it is or would you make the changes I suggested?!? 💗

FIFTEEN

YAY for jeans! 👏 These patched jeans are actually pretty cute! 💗 I like the simple pinkish top, but I do not like the cardigan as much! 💗 The cardigan literally looks like the SAME print as the skirt from outfit number twenty-three! 💗 I wore cardigans a pretty good bit in middle school and so every time I see one I get middle school vibes... 😳😬😭 Some cardigans are cute, like oversized beachy cardigans, but types like the one in this outfit aren't my thing! 💗 The hearts on the cardigan do make this an outfit that is PERFECT for Valentine's Day, though! 💕 Would you wear this outfit for Valentine's Day?!? 💗

FOURTEEN

This is another outfit that is PERFECT for Valentine's Day! 💓 The top says "LOVE LOVE LOVE," which is super CUTE! The almost knee-high boots are SO cute because they are a white/cream color and Rocky doesn't wear these a lot throughout the season! So, they are unique and special for this outfit! 💓 Honestly, this outfit is SUPER cute except for the bow on the cardigan is sort of random and the purple tank top should definitely be red or black, for sure! 💓 The boots are my FAVORITE thing about this fit! 💓

THIRTEEN

Rocky's floral pants/leggings actually work for this fit! 🌸 Sometimes they can be TOO much for an outfit, but the pants actually go with this outfit SUPER well because the top is pretty simple! 💗 Of course, I LOVE the denim vest! 💓 The pink high-tops are PERFECT for this outfit and I know you can't tell that much, but the graphic on the top is of lips, which I'm still not the biggest fan of, but I do like how they are pink and yellow to match the floral print on the pants! 🌸💛 Do you like this outfit? 💗

TWELVE

Last March, I decided to do a lookbook for FOURTY-EIGHT of Rocky's floral looks from Shake It Up (here)! 💜🌹 In that post, there are more GREAT outfits that aren't in this post that would be PERFECT to wear on Valentine's Day because flowers are a huge part of Valentine's Day! 🌸 The outfit I ranked number thirteen in that post was an outfit that included the same skirt from this outfit! 💗

For some reason, even though I'm not the biggest fan of skirts, I LOVE this skirt! 💓 I LOVE the busy floral pattern because you can't even tell they're flowers unless you look really closely! 🌸 I LOVE how in the outfit for this ranking the top has a heart with a keyhole in the center of it! 💗 I actually really LOVE both of these outfits and I think it's COOL how one outfit has a darker denim top layered with the white top and the other has a lighter denim top layered with the white top! 💙 One outfit has a darker contrast and one has a lighter one ALL due to the different shades of the denim button-ups! 💓 Do you prefer the darker or lighter look?!? 🌗 I LOVE both looks, but I do have to say that I LOVE the combat boots in the second look more than the ones in the first look! 💙 Which outfit would you prefer wearing this Valentine's Day?!? 💗

ELEVEN

This is one of Rocky's more "normal" looks! 💜 Honestly, this outfit is chill and CUTE, but I think it didn't make my top ten because sometimes I like checkered flannels and sometimes I don't! 💗 It depends on the color of the flannel. This flannel reminds me of something I would have worn in middle school! 😬 But, I do really like the simplicity of this outfit! 💙 Cute heart top, colored flannel with some pink in it to match the top, basic dark jeans, combat boots... there isn't one thing wrong with this outfit! 👏💗

TEN

I just realized that this is the SAME top as the previous one! 😂 I do think this top is VERY simple and cute and I LOVE it paired with this army green button-up WAY more than the checkered flannel! 💗 The leggings do stand out, but not too much! 🌺 I do like the top half of this outfit more than the bottom half, but everything blends pretty well! 💓 What do you think? Would you make any changes to this outfit?!? 💗

NINE

Okay. I have some mixed feelings about this outfit! ✋ I actually LOVE the dress and the white long-sleeved lace top underneath it is cute, but I don't like the blue vest thing and I don't like the shoes! 💓 If this outfit was just the dress, long-sleeved top, black leggings and red/pink combat boots, then I'd LOVE it! 💟 So, that's why it ranked this high is because it has SO much potential to be the PERFECT Valentine's Day outfit if there were just a few adjustments! 💗 Do you like it? 

EIGHT

This outfit ranks this high because I LOVE the colors of it! 💓 Red and pink are the main colors and the WHOLE outfit just screams Valentine's Day! 💋 The only thing I'm not a fan of are the jeans, but those were mainly worn for the purpose of the episode because they lit-up! 💓 I like the light-up jeans, just not for this outfit! 💗 I LOVE the denim vest and the only other thing I'd change is maybe take away the polka dots on the top! 💓 Other than that, I think this outfit is SUPER cute and perfect for Valentine's Day! 💞

SEVEN

This skirt is something I would have definitely worn in middle school, but I actually think it's really CUTE and makes this outfit stand out in a good way! 💗 The stripes contrast SO much with the top, but for some reason it goes SO well together! ❤ I LOVE the pink fuzzy sweater! It's my FAVORITE thing about this outfit! 💗 The simple grey and pink heart tee makes the outfit even better! 💗 The only thing that contrasts in not such a good way are the blue combat boots! 💙 There isn't any blue in the rest of the outfit, so I think pink combat boots would match better! 💗 I LOVE this outfit and think it's the perfect mix between a comfy/cozy look and a fancy Valentine's Day look! 👌 

SIX

I've always thought this outfit is SO cool because it looks like a dress, but it's actually a SUPER high-wasted skirt with suspenders! 💜 So, the focal point of this outfit and the reason it's an outfit that can be used for Valentine's Day inspiration is the big heart necklace! 💗 I LOVE how the heart detail isn't a graphic on a tee, but it's a piece of jewelry! 💜 Any pink and purple outfit combination is ALWAYS going to be cute to me because as a kid, I was obsessed with the colors pink and purple and wore those colors basically every day! 💗💜💗 I don't dislike anything about this outfit! It's SO cute! 💜 

This outfit could have one-hundred percent been ranked higher, but these next FIVE represent Valentine's Day just a bit more! 💓

FIVE

Even though this outfit has blue in it, which isn't a Valentine's Day color, ALL the other pieces of the fit are GREAT for Valentine's Day! 💗 I LOVE the short-sleeved cardigan with hearts on it and the skirt matches the hearts SO well! 💕 I LOVE the almost knee-high brown boots and if you zoom in... the knee-high socks have little flowers embroidered on them! 🌹 SUPER cute! 💓 Honestly, I think the pop of blue works for this outfit and I don't know if I'd change it for a pink top! Would you change the color of the top or keep it blue?!? 💙💗

FOUR

I don't think I need to explain how this outfit represents Valentine's Day SO well! 💓 I LOVE the heart top with the pink tank top underneath and the red jean skirt! 💗 But, of course, my FAVORITE things are the denim jacket and the pink combat boots! 💟 I think the outfit doesn't need the black leggings or at least just not the print on the leggings! 💗 Also, the bow/ribbon on the jean jacket is a bit much too! But, this outfit is SO Valentine's Day themed that the minor changes aren't that big of a deal! 💕

THREE

I am pretty shocked that I ranked this outfit SO high because this is another outfit that reminds me of middle school, but I guess I still have a bit of my younger self in me who LOVED long-sleeved striped shirts! I literally owned a shirt just like this one... minis the lips! 😂👄 I like this outfit because it's simple and something I would have definitely worn for Valentine's Day as a pre-teen! 💓 I wouldn't wear a skirt like that now, but I guess this outfit ranks SO high because it brings back some nostalgia and there isn't really anything I dislike about it! 💗 I wouldn't wear it myself, but that doesn't mean it isn't CUTE for a FUN day like Valentine's Day! 💓

TWO

Now, this is something you'd be seeing me wear this Valentine's Day! 💓 A CUTE and simple sparkly heart long-sleeved shirt with some basic blue jeans and combat boots... sounds like my kind of outfit! 💖 The boots don't match the outfit, but EVERYTHING else is SO cute! 💓 This one and the next one are the TWO Rocky outfits that I'd choose over ALL the others to wear this Valentine's Day! 💓

ONE

This is more of a baddie-girl outfit for Valentine's Day and I LOVE it! 💓 The black leather skirt and vest, the simple white top with a red/pink sparkly heart, and pink combat boots to match... it's a PERFECT Valentine's Day look! 💗 There isn't one thing I'd change about this outfit! 💓 It's classy and simple, yet girly and CUTE! 💟 This is definitely my FAVORITE Rocky outfit for Valentine's Day inspiration! 💓

TWENTY-ONE

I should have brightened up these photos a bit, but this outfit is my least favorite anyways! So, it's all good! 😂 I just don't think the outfit blends well together. The jeans are a mix of grey and black, the tank-top is polka dotted, and the tank-top underneath it is blue! 💙 It's just sort of all over the place, but I do like the red denim vest! 👌💓

TWENTY

These are another pair of jeans that I'm not a fan of, but they are literally from 2011! 😂 The colors of this outfit are also not very Valentine's themed, but I do LOVE the cropped silver jacket! 💓 The top half of the outfit is cute, but the pants are just not it for me! 💗 Do you like these jeans?!? 💙

NINETEEN

This is definitely more of a Valentine's Day themed outfit, but the plaid skirt isn't my favorite because it sort of looks like an apron or something because of the weird cut/angle of it! 🤔 Do you see what I'm talking about? Like, it doesn't seem like it's an actual skirt... 👀💓 I like the plaid, but the design of the actual skirt is just off somehow! 💖 I LOVE the red jacket and the sparkly top that says "I 💓 Shopping" is cute too! 💗 This outfit would be ranked higher if the skirt wasn't the way it is! 😂

EIGHTEEN

Technically, this outfit was in one of Shake It Up's Christmas episodes, but it can definitely be a Valentine's Day outfit too! 💓 This is another outfit that would be ranked WAY higher if it didn't have the sparkly cardigan! ✖ I LOVE a bit of sparkle, but this cardigan is another type of cardigan that reminds me of middle school and I'm not the biggest fan of it! 😬 I LOVE the red plaid pants though and the black top that says "Love Always" is SUPER cute! 💓 This outfit would be PERFECT for Valentine's Day if the cardigan was replaced with a red cotton one or none at all! Do you agree? 💓

SEVENTEEN

This outfit is SO "out there" because of the bright yellow plaid pants, but it's kind of CRAZY in a CUTE way! 💛 The yellow plaid matches the yellow in the lips graphic and because the pants are SO crazy, the cheetah print blends right in with the craziness! 💓 The only thing I'd change is the purple tank-top because for some reason there are SO many Shake It Up outfits that have tank-tops underneath the main tops that NEVER match with the rest of the outfit! 😂 I think a red tank-top would have been PERFECT for this outfit! 👌💓 I LOVE jackets, but I do think that this outfit is cuter without it because the top pops more and blends with the pants better! 💛 Do you like this outfit even though it's pretty CRAZY? 💋

SIXTEEN

This is another FUN bright yellow outfit, but this one has the CUTE phrase "Te Amo," which means "I love you" on it! 💛💓 It reminds me of something Luna would wear on Soy Luna because it gives off Mexico vibes because of the yellow and red! 💓💛 I LOVE the sparkly shorts and black tights underneath them! 💓 I couldn't get a good picture of the shoes, but her yellow paint-splattered boots from season one would have matched PERFECTLY with this outfit! 💛 Overall, this is a CUTE outfit for Valentine's Day that is different than the "normal" mainly pink and red outfits! 💓

FIFTEEN

The silver metallic pants and the bling on the tank-top make this outfit seem VERY fancy and cute! 💓 There are A LOT of layers for the top half of this outfit, but I do LOVE all the different layers... I just don't know if they match with each other that well! 🤔 I think they would blend together better if the second layer didn't have lips on it and was just a plain white top instead or even better... a plain black top! ❤ I think the pants are actually REALLY cool and different and I LOVE the simple black boots too! 💓 This is a CUTE outfit, but it would be better with a couple of changes! ❤ Would you make any changes to this look? 💓

FOURTEEN

There are NOT many Shake It Up outfits where the girls wear shorts without some sort of tights/leggings underneath! So, this is a more "normal" look that threw me off at first because I was like, "Where are the funky leggings?" 😂 I actually really like the jean shorts, but you'd be pretty cold if you wore them on Valentine's Day! 🧊 I like the combat boots with the high socks and I like the black and white sweater/cardigan! 💓 The lips tee isn't too bad, but the lips kind of freak me out because the teeth have fangs! 🧛👄 This outfit goes together really well, though! 💓 Do you like it?

THIRTEEN

We're back with some more CRAZY pants, but these are actually pretty cute! 💓 The grey in the pants goes with the dark grey top and I like how they're the lightest part of the outfit! ❤ Do you see what I see?!? 👀 The tank-top underneath the top is actually RED and matches the shirt! 👏💓 The only thing I'm not the biggest fan of is the lips graphic because the lip bite is a little weird... 😂💋 Other than that, I LOVE the pants, boots, and bejeweled vest that matches the sparkles on the lips graphic! 💓 Do you think the lip bite graphic is a YES or a NO?!? 👄

TWELVE

Honestly, I kind of think this outfit should have been one above the Christmas plaid outfit because they are SUPER similar, but for some reason I placed it here and I think it's because everything matches SUPER well and there isn't really anything I'd change about it! 💓 I actually think the cardigan is CUTE for this outfit, unlike the Christmas plaid outfit! ❤ It adds some subtle sparkles, which is cute! Also, I like the simple grey top that says "Love" and I like how it matches perfectly with the grey in the plaid pants! 💓 I think she's just wearing some black booties with this outfit, which are simple and perfect for this fit! ❤ Do you prefer the Christmas plaid outfit (number eighteen) or this one?!? 💓

ELEVEN

Finally, a red semi-oversized cardigan! YAY! 👏💓 I LOVE everything about this outfit, except I've never been a big fan of "denim" skirts like this one because they aren't really denim and instead, are cotton skirts made to look like denim... 😬 I think this outfit would have been really cute with a pair of shorts or jeans! 💓 I just LOVE the red comfy cardigan and that's why this outfit is ranked this high! 💓 

TEN

Sometimes I am a bit bias towards season one's outfits and this is one of those times! 😂 I LOVE the combat boots that I mentioned would have gone PERFECTLY with outfit number sixteen! 💛 The holes in the tights are interesting... I do like the jean capris, though! 💓 Okay. My feelings are mixed about the top half of this outfit! ✋ Part of me likes it and part of me thinks the blazer is too mature for this FUN look! 🤔 Seriously, I can't decide if I like the blazer or not... What do you think? Blazer or NO blazer?!? 💓 I kind of like it more than I dislike it because the inner plaid lining of it matches the yellow in the combat boots! 💛 Even though the heart tee is what makes this a good Valentine's Day outfit, I think a plain top would have been better since the blazer has plaid lining detail! 💓 Is my season one bias towards this outfit affecting how CUTE it is or do you like this outfit too?!? 💛

NINE

This is a blazer that actually goes SUPER well with the rest of this outfit because it's really the focal point and there's nothing else competing with it! 💓 I LOVE the simple dark jeans, the brown knee-high boots, and the heart with England's flag in it! 💓💙💓 For some reason, this reminds me of a horseback riding outfit, but maybe that's just me! 😂 This is a VERY cute and mature Valentine's Day look! 💓

EIGHT

So, I know that this outfit has NO pink or red in it whatsoever, but that's why I think it'd be cool to wear for a more winter-themed Valentine's Day outfit because Valentine's Day is still a winter holiday! 💙 I LOVE the pop of blue with the pants and the black and white long-sleeved sparkly heart top! ❤ I'd probably change the grey tank-top underneath for a black one, but the grey one does match the silver on the combat boots! 💙 Overall, this is a VERY simple, but different and CUTE winter-themed Valentine's Day look! 💙

SEVEN

This outfit was ONLY shown in a VERY short clip at the end of an episode! So, I couldn't get a good screenshot of the WHOLE outfit, but I do like what we can see of it! 💗 I LOVE the brown jacket, the simple dark jeans, and the pink and purple combination with the top and tank-top underneath! 💜💗 What's really COOL, though, are the pink tips of CeCe's hair, which is PERFECT for Valentine's Day! 💗 The pink tips match perfectly with the pink lips graphic! 💗💋 Would you put in some temporary pink dye in your hair for Valentine's Day?!? 💗 If it was non-toxic dye, then I would for sure put a little on the tips of my hair for Valentine's Day! 💟

SIX

I LOVE how chill this outfit is and it definitely works for a lowkey Valentine's Day at home! 💓 I LOVE the black capris sweats and the red/white lines down the side of them match the top! ❤ My FAVORITE thing other than the sweats is the red "Love" top that is a little off-the-shoulder! The zipper is a SUPER cute detail! 💓 The striped tank-top is CUTE, but I'd probably just wear a plain white or black tank-top instead! ❤ I'd also keep the converse, but I'd wear plain black, white, or red ones because those blue ones don't match! 💓 Overall, this is a VERY chill outfit for a relaxing Valentine's Day! 💗

FIVE

This outfit is the FIRST one in my top FIVE because of the overall vibe of it! 💓 I LOVE how it's not a SUPER bright outfit and how it has that touch of army green with the jacket! 💚 It also has a touch of red with the lips graphic tee, which makes this a lowkey Valentine's Day outfit to wear if you want something not overly festive! 💋💓 I actually really like the polka dot shorts and I LOVE how they're paired with plain black tights and black combat boots! ❤ This would be such a different look for Valentine's Day in the BEST way! 💓 I LOVE how unique it'd be to wear for the holiday! 💓 Is there anything you'd change about this look?!? ❤ I actually wouldn't change anything about this outfit! 💓

FOUR

So, this outfit is SUPER interesting because there is actually another version of it with a different hat, different pants, and different boots! So, basically a completely different outfit other than the top! 😂 I couldn't choose which one I liked better! 😬 So, because they're SO similar, I'm going to list BOTH of them as number-four! 💓

The second option is definitely WAY more "out-there" compared to the first look, but I don't know... something about it is SO cute and different! 💓 Honestly, choosing between both of these looks is SO hard! 😬 Is it hard for you too?!? ❤ 

Okay, let's start with the hats! 💓 I LOVE the sparkly gold hat, but I LOVE the red one more because it's PERFECT for Valentine's Day! 💓 One point for option number two! 👏 The shirt is CUTE with both looks and even though I'm not the biggest fan of "lips" graphics, I actually think this top is SO cute because of the sparkles on the lips and the gold bling on the shoulders of the top! 💋💓 So, that's a point for BOTH options because they have the same shirt! 👏 Now, the pants are the HARDEST things to judge because I LOVE the red/black striped pants, but the white/black striped pants are SO striking and different! They really make the outfit POP! ❤ But, this is a Valentine's Day post and option one's pants go with the holiday more than option two's! 💓 So, that's a point for option one! 👏

So, the outfits are tied and the shoes are the deciding factor! 😲 As much as I LOVE the gold combat boots, I am always a HUGE fan of classic black boots! They go with EVERY outfit! ❤ So, that makes option one the winner! 🎉💓👏 Honestly, option one would look even better with the red hat instead of the gold one! 💓💛

I've ALWAYS loved this outfit! 💓 It's definitely a PERFECT going-out outfit for Valentine's Day! 💓 I LOVE the black top with the red heart on it and how the heart matches the red jacket! ❤💓 The black in the top goes with the black tights and the gold shorts make the outfit standout more and SPARKLE! 🎇💖 I can't tell that much what shoes she is wearing, but I think she's wearing gold or black combat boots because you can see the shimmer of the gold in picture three, but in the last photo the boots look black! ❤💓 Any of those color options work with this outfit, though! ❤ There's nothing I'd change about this outfit and I think it's the PERFECT outfit to go out in and have some FUN on Valentine's Day! 💓 Maybe do some karaoke like CeCe is doing while wearing this outfit! 🎤💓

This outfit was originally my NUMBER ONE CeCe outfit choice for this ranking, but my original number two outfit moved up and you'll see why in a second! ⏳ But, I still seriously LOVE this outfit SO SO much! 💓 I LOVE CeCe's faux fur vest from season one SO much and it's also worn with one of my ALL-TIME favorite CeCe outfits from the VERY first Shake It Up episode! 💓 I LOVE everything about this outfit, except I'd maybe take off the striped patch on the black jeans! ❤ I LOVE all the layers, especially the fur vest! 💓 I LOVE the glittery heart top and how it matches super well with the vest! ❤ The red long-sleeved checkered flannel is also the PERFECT layer for a Valentine's Day inspired look! 💓

This is the PERFECT winter look for a chilly Valentine's Day! 💓❤💓

ONE

I LOVE the previous outfit SO much, but this one is like the PERFECT going-out Valentine's Day look! 💓 I LOVE how the sparkly black tank-top says "Fall In Love" on it with fabric/string that isn't printed onto the shirt, but like glued to it! 💓 I LOVE the tank-top SO much and it goes with the light-up pants SO well! 💓 Speaking of the light-up pants, this outfit literally reminds me of something they'd wear in Step Up 3, which is one of my FAVORITE movies! This is THE perfect dance outfit for Valentine's Day! 👏💓 I wouldn't change anything about this outfit! 💓 I mean, can you imagine going to a Valentine's Day party with pants that light-up?!? Super FUN and CUTE! 💓💙💓
